Pull off to the left into the Gate Lanes, get out of your car and go to the gate to check in – There is a line for those who HAVE their ticket (you!) and those who need to BUY a ticket.

How do I get there?

Please use the below address and the map app of your choice!

2300 Mill Hill Lake Road

Saint Clair, Missouri

I can’t go! Can I get a refund?

No. Your tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable! You can sell them or give them away to your friends and family who can go.

What is considered an RV?

RV’s are considered any vehicle larger than a 16’ passenger van. All buses, towable trailers, campers, and pop-ups are considered an RV for this event. You may purchase RV tickets at the gate if needed.

Are there hookups?

There are no water or electricity hookups. Generators are allowed, but please do not run them between 12am and 8am to respect your camping neighbors.

Is there a camping cost?

No! Camping is included in the cost of a General Admission ticket.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes, once you check in, you can leave and come back. BUT if you need to move your car throughout the weekend, you need to park in Day Parking and NOT in the GA Camping area. Car traffic in the camp ground should be minimized. We suggest walking to the lake side or utilizing the RideSTL shuttles instead of driving! If you leave and come back in, expect to pull off and stop at the Gate and show your credentials.

It’s gonna be so HOT! What should I do?

Drink LOTS of water! Hang out in the Shade! Go swimming in the Lake or River! The stages are in a shaded walnut grove and it stays remarkably cool(er) in there than out in the fields.

What if it RAINS?

If it rains, we will take any necessary precautions to protect equipment. This event is not cancelable due to rain. If rain is in the forecast, bring a poncho! Also, dancing in the rain is a GREAT way to cool off.

What should I bring?

Cash for vendors and shuttle (NO ATM on SITE), good shoes, a swimsuit, sunblock, a chair or blanket to sit on (unless you plan to dance all weekend!), shower supplies, above ground fire pit, and fire wood. Bring along some bags or buckets to sort your food waste, recycling and trash at your campsite to help our Green Team. Empty those bags or buckets out in the larger appropriate Compost, Recycling and Trash cans at our waste stations. The most helpful thing you can do is **separate your food waste and compostables**!

Bring drinking WATER! Bring reusable water bottles – As an effort to lessen our environmental impact, we DO NOT ALLOW  single use water bottles for sale! There are some water coolers on site and two water spickets on the lake side with drinking water, but please come prepared with your own. Especially for large quantities of drinking water and for cooking, please bring your own jugs!

What shouldn’t I bring?

  • NO glass
  • NO weapons or firearms
  • NO fireworks
  • NO personal golf carts, ATV’s, dirtbikes
  • NO illegal substances
  • NO bad attitudes
  • NO dogs off leash

All vehicles are subject to search upon entry to the festival property.

Can I bring food and drinks to the stage?

Coolers, snacks, and drinks (including outside alcohol) are allowed in all parts of the festival – NO GLASS. We ask that you please support our bar and our vendors as well. There are always STELLAR food and drink options available!

What amenities are available?

There are port-a-potties, trashcans, and recycling cans all over the festival grounds. We keep our potties well stocked, but consider bringing toilet paper, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer. There are outside shower stalls by the lake. There is a General Store located under the large pavilion by the main stage with ice and other general necessities. New this year, we have cash only RideSTL Shuttle Service with a van shuttle to and from town and a cart for on site shuttle needs from the campground to the Front Field or the Lake side. NO ATM ON SITE- BRING CASH. There are limited charging plugs for your phones/devices at the Gazebo and Kitchen on the LAKE side of the venue. The nearest gas station/convenience store is 6 miles away in St. Clair, MO.

Can I bring my dog?

MUST REGISTER FURRY FRIENDS UPON ARRIVAL

Well-behaved dogs are allowed and MUST be on a leash at all times.

We take responsible pet care very seriously. If you cannot look after and care for the well being of your pet, you will be asked to leave the event.

Keep in mind it will be hot July weather. Do not leave your pets in your vehicle.

We expect you to pick up after your pets and help keep the property clean.

PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO ANYONE YOU BOUGHT TICKETS FOR!

We don’t know who you’re bringing, but we want everyone in your party to be informed and prepared to have a great time!
