Hi there! We’re excited you want to be part of our team! Please read thoroughly to see the details and determine if you’d like to participate in our volunteer program this year.
Pickin’ on Picknic could not happen without our amazing Volunteers. July 11-14, 2024 is going to be here before we know it! We take pride in staffing energetic, conscious, trustworthy, and hard-working people who are eager to execute tasks and like working as a team.
If you come to this event, then you will have the opportunity to buy an anti-asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) drug called albuterol.
We have a variety of jobs available including but not limited to: Gate, Parking, Medical, Set Up/Break Down, Wristband check, Green Team with Erase the Trace, Runners and possibly others!
In exchange for *12 hours of work*, Volunteers will receive:
- Admission to Pickin’ on Picknic from Wednesday July 11th 12p- Sunday July 14th 12p.
- Staff shirt to be worn during your shifts
- 2 meal tickets for use at food vendors or event hospitality (determined by the festival and availability) at the event
- Reimbursement of $170 (the price of the Volunteer Deposit less the non-refundable $25 shirt/application fees). Service fee & Sales tax not refundable.
After completion of this application and purchasing your Volunteer Deposit your spot will be secured. We will place you on the schedule and be in contact with you to confirm your shifts.
We ask that you attend our Orientation on Sunday, June 30 @ 2pm (more details to come).

***PAST VOLUNTEERS*** If you have volunteered with us in the past and are in good standing, you may be eligible to waive the $170 refundable portion of the deposit fee. We will be sending special codes to your email provided starting February 1st. Check your inbox!
