Offering a daily workshop that combines your artistic touch, repurposed materials and the growing sensation of a plant that you can observe and evolve into the future. Learn how everyday items can be reused into something you can admire everyday; fun for the kids and great for the adults!
Participate in this bonding experience that turns a piece of “trash” into a piece of “artwork”. Guide your senses through creation, nature based science, and the greater awareness of the world we gain when we use less! Learn about plant systems, plant care and how to propagate your plant into future generations that you can gift to your friends and family! Who doesn’t love plants?! Take your workshop memory home and watch it grow!

This family-friendly play-shop will move you (and your kiddos!) through the universal rhythms that all humans experience during childhood. Dance yourself back to that fearless, authentic, enthusiastic little cutie inside all of us to reconnect to the joy, wonder, and magic inherent in all of Earth’s children regardless of your age. Want to learn to play the mandolin? (Yeah, me too.) Already playing a little but want to play more, better? (Again, me too.) This workshop will cover some basics that every beginning mandolin player should know, foundational elements that will solidify what you already know and expand on it. Matt has high hopes that this workshop will inspire those who wish to get into the world of distillation. He will cover still design and material choice, different types of wash and yeasts, different distillates, distillation theory, fermentation, and distillation safety. During the workshop he will set up and run the pot still, break down, and discuss cleaning of the still. You will get to taste samples while the still is running. Come with questions and leave with answers!

We are so excited to bring you the second annual Lil’ Pickin OnTreprenuers Vending Experience! This unique opportunity allows our young festival goers to not only be more involved on this spectacular weekend, but will also give them a small glimpse as a business owner/operator where they can showcase their crafts, food, beverages, services, and any item their creative mind comes up with!
Our designated “mini shakedown” will be held next to the Tower Music Stage under the big pavilion. Each young vendor will be given a small space to display their goods and brand. We encourage you to support these young entrepreneurs and make it an enriching experience for all!

LEARN THE RHYTHM BONES

The rhythm bones is one of the world’s oldest instruments and was very popular in 19th Century Music. Rhythm Bones are similar to the spoons however, you have 2 to 4 cow rib bones or wood carved to the shape of a rib bone. John will have several sets of bones for you all to try on your own and will also have Bones for sale. No age limit however, bones can be difficult for small hands.
