Hi There!

We’re excited you want to be part of our team! Please read thoroughly to see the details and determine if you’d like to participate in our volunteer program this year! 

To apply, answer the questions when purchasing your volunteer deposit ticket at the link below. If you have successfully volunteered in the past, we will also send you a code to bypass the refundable portion of the Volunteer Deposit Ticket.

Pickin’ on Picknic could not happen without our amazing Volunteers. July 10th-13th  is going to be here before we know it!  We take pride in staffing energetic, conscious, trustworthy, and hard-working people who are eager to execute tasks and like working as a team. 

We have a variety of jobs available including but not limited to: Gate, Parking, Set Up/Break Down, Wristband check, Green Team, Runners, Bathrooms and possibly others!

In exchange for *12 hours of work*, Volunteers will receive:

• Admission to Pickin’ on Picknic from Wednesday July 9th at 12p- Sunday July 13th  (yes that is Early Entry, so you can get great camping spots) 
• Staff shirt to be worn during your shifts
• 2 meal tickets for use at food vendors or event hospitality (determined by the festival and availability)  at the event
• Reimbursement of $170 (the price of the Volunteer Deposit less the non-refundable $25 application and applicable ticket fees) 

We ask that you attend our Virtual Orientation, time tbd. (more details to come).
